Upload a CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) file into the Importer embedded session. The embed session must be in the initialized state to support an upload, and an embed is returned in one of the following states: uploaded, headers_set, or columns_mapped.
The file should be sent with the multipart/form-data content-type.
