Returns the current HEAD flowgraph state using the v1 transforms format.
The response includes the portable flowgraph export (nodes, edges, pipelines),
the dirty status (and the last commit ID if there is at least one commit)
for optimistic locking.
Requires Multi FileFeed transforms to be enabled for the organization.
