Step 1: Define your template and validation rules

At OneSchema, we refer to a set of import rules for a given sheet as a Template. There are two ways to start defining a template in OneSchema

Upload a clean CSV

• The clean spreadsheet file should contain headers (must be first row) and clean sample data in the format your application can accept. OneSchema will intelligently scan the data in order to automatically determine the headers and datatypes.

Manually specify your column format and data types

• Creation of a template is fast using our 50+ out of the box data types for numbers, picklists, dates, etc.
